Good phone but in my opinion worse Support

Unifane now sold quite a good phone. Unfortunately, my model was defective because the IMEI no. Invalid, ergo I could not make calls and was not reachable. And all at 4 phone numbers. This can happen sometimes yes .... that is because so that the phone will be returned. All well and good. The support is nice but bad in my opinion. At first I wanted to know where my phone was located at the time time. That could me also not say before they have from me no tracking ID. But now I had no time. I mean if I had a I myself would nachgeguckt where is my package. And for that which was sent back by registered mail it I had it again to get signed. Everything okay as far. But because not to know where it is and that's all somehow the tip of the iceberg. And this is yet to come that have never received my package even though I sent it to the address given by the seller.

So now to the actual.
The phone itself is very well made nothing wobbles or creaks etc. The Flipcover itself is okay but I did not use it. Well I also liked the second battery. These both were even charged to 80%.
To Headphones: They were actually very good. Bass was very good and clear. I was really surprised.

If the support would be better there even more stars. I have also now decided on another phone.

Actually ... the phone is a strong buy recommendation
