After reviewing the reviews here I have the LG BP 730 ordered me with mixed feelings. My 3 year old LG BX580 played at one time no more DVD's from. Since we have the films for our 5-year primarily on DVD, I needed a new. My other equipment consists of a 2013er LG Smart TV and a Yamaha Receiver of the superclass. Hence came for me to gewährleisten- to a good integration either back or a Yamaha LG Blu Ray in question. Ultimately decided for LG. Actually a simple player would have been enough because my LG TV has an extensive section Smart. However, I was intrigued by the possibility of EVLT. a LOVEFiLM app (Instant Prime) to have on the player. Late last year, the APP rumgezickt on my TV a little and partially refuses to work. If that should happen again, it would be nice with the Blu Ray player to have an alternative. Unfortunately, the LOVEFiLM app is not installed by default on the LG BP 730. But to continue, I can use the device at Warehouse Deals for under 100 snag with state like New unten..Glücklicherweise. After I connected the device, I had only once the software update. Setting and network installation carried out simply and immediately. According to partial but very critical reviews here I tested the player day a little more intense and extensive. The described problems such as loss of settings, network breaks, Software hanger and freeze the picture are (so far) failed at me entirely. Likewise, the slot in the drive is still lit after the update. Only once the player has had a hanger. But that came with my old player occasionally also. The player showed so far his only hangers as I changed the locale under Smart settings of the player in UK. The player froze briefly, so I had to turn on the device. The settings have been successfully transferred, however, with the result that now is available under the Apps LOVEFiLM app. You can log in directly with his login data and even has a German menu prompts. For that alone, the player has already earned 5 points !!!! Why default, the LOVEFiLM app is not in the player I can not understand. So far me the LG player not disappointed and the drive noise is not too intrusive in my opinion. The player plays all media (CD, DVD, Blu Ray and Blu Ray 3D) very well. The included remote control Motion responding my opinion ago not as good as the Motion FB of LG TV's. However, I can use the old FB our defective Blu Rays in complete scope.
Update 05/2014 the Instant Prime app no longer works. LG prevented through access via IP addresses outside the UK. There are definitely Puntabzug! Thank goodness I still have a Smart TV but it's annoying that LG so makes a political issue out of the app. LG had better times in improving their phone -Update's work as in such things ...
