I ordered the pliers, because I have to punch my belt again from time to time. I am not a professional, but the pliers does what it is supposed to do easily and perfectly. But what has left me speechless, is the great service. I had to ask for some time, when the order arrives and learned that had already been delivered in payment. I called then with the shipping company, the tracking number and the tongs were allegedly delivered on a day with us, as no one was home. The company immediately sent without asking spare large because the could not clarify where the pliers is ended up. Something I call prompt and great service and say thank you.
