The EWT IR106S is well made, looks much better than the products of "reer", these always have the Made-in-China Charm itself.
Have the radiator 70 cm mounted on the changing table to the wall, the maximum downward inclination is limited by a plastic stopper which is also the cover of the electrical system at the same time. In this position, I think the parents are nicely browned browned, but the baby does not realize really much of the heat radiation :-(.
So I tentatively removed the plastic stop and was able to increase the tilt significantly, so that the spotlight now also beautiful displays on the changing table and not in my face.
(In the long run I would then still the connecting cable from the bottom removed, and instead of one of the lateral penetrations so embarrassed they do not contact with the hot housing gets. It should definitely electrical knowledge needed which should not just anyway make if you look at it not familiar! so is not an option for most of the potential buyers.)
Now I can feel even incoming heat on the changing mat with his hand surface at least, but this has its limits. Feels like it is quite ok, considering it was just 2-3 ° C increase in temperature (from 20 ° C to 22.6 ° C) after 10 minutes.

The fact of the Vormwärmzeit, the small temperature increase and the problems with the setting angle let me doubt if I will keep the spotlight.
But in order not to appear too negative, I want to mention that the doubts are not available on the device itself, but rather on the question of the meaning of such. The setting angle is for all producers the problem, they seem to just want to insure that the wallpaper is not accidentally but gets prolonged contact with the housing and starts to stew. However, could the rule constructively easy without limiting the same inclination angle as strong, but was done in any known to me ..... Manufacturer
Finally, the information that the "two" heat settings, from those in the description is talk, not Level 1 and Level 2 are but foolishly only "ON and OFF").
On the product image is a small "2" to recognize, however, this device does not have a "2" but only "0" or "1" !!
PS: In one of Amazon reviews is the talk that the device would not have a mains plug and must be connected directly to the mains.
This is not true, possibly because it has been a production error. The device has of course a standard SCHUKO plug!
