The delivery was fast and well organized.
After a week on the new mattress that makes a really good impression of the processing, I was not sure if the mattress is hard enough. So I phoned the customer service and get some advice.
That was a surprising experience:
The lady on the phone was not only very friendly and eager, they really knew how obviously even something of mattresses. I did not have such a service experience for years. And we buy it at a mattress, and would have cost three times the friendly mattress discounters on the corner (at least one model with the same product characteristics).
Upon reflection with the friendly waitress suggested the lady in front of me but simply times the other models of the company probezuliegen. That was the second surprise: Ravensberger has called in several German cities Schlafcenter where all models are on display for visitors to try.. As luck would have it, the next store was also very close to us.
Now came the third surprise (although I started slowly to get used to the herrvorragenden Service). The Sleep Center turned out to be large, very comfortable mattress store where we could not only test it to your heart's content, but were also competent advice. If I as remember the visit to Mattress Concord, we had to leave a few weeks earlier to go through us, in which we a seller a mattress on the floor! put and after 1 minute thought that would be perfect and we should now ask to pay 900 euros for it, I can only laugh. Or cry.
In Ravensberger any case, the seller took a long time until we were all safe now the right mattress to have found. He also gave us the tip to take two individual cores (90x200) and the use in a reference. So we had no disturbing "crack" between the mattresses but still take advantage of two individual nuclei in relation to Bewegungsübetragungen etc.
The new data it has transmitted to the online customer service. Due to the different degree of hardness (we end up actually chosen a softer, thanks to the good advice) came to us all at the end of even 20 euros cheaper, in spite of two individual nuclei.
The new cores was promptly delivered and picked up the old. All without any additional costs, fees, etc.
We were also the new cores themselves exchangeable with the old core and so keep the terms on which we had slept a week and with which we were very pleased.
The new "solution" has proved so far absolutely. We sleep wonderfully on our two cores in one respect, and the whole thing including the end. Delivery, exchange and consultation cost on the phone and in the store just 260Euro. A joke compared to the mattress discounter in which we should pay 900Euro despite Mega discount campaign and the mattress (no less than 180x200) home would have to carry themselves.
I'd like to buy is even more mattresses. Price-performance, product quality and service all really 1A!
