After our last cappuccino maker has come to break we needed replacement and chose this one. He does exactly what he is: the milk in, starting in the microwave, then get out and a couple of times and pumps ready. When there fills the milk up to the maximum mark, with us, at least, no mess, everything stays where it should. Since we do usually only for two latte macchiato, the amount also sufficient for more frothed milk you have to repeat steps and if it is more common for more than 2 people I would rather recommend a larger frothers.
