The Cullmann I ordered because of previous reviews and the reasonable price. I had only a Velbon in mind, that would have cost about half, but was then but a little better tripod.
I am to 2 additional sessions so far very satisfied.
My ratings by category:
Weight:
For me very comfortable, easy to wear, bag is ok and is related to the camera bag slung over his shoulder.
I am neither particularly strong nor particularly narrow, so I think for ordinary petrol also convenient for transportation.
Stability:
All right, the tripod has additional spikes on their feet if the ground is soft. Cast in concrete, it is not clear. Have photographed on a river, in a strong wind it wobbles but then sometimes, you then can clearly at high shutter speeds. By and large, but good for amateur photographers not a disadvantage, I think.
Processing:
Good, easy but as far wertig built. Ausfahrmechanik works perfectly so far and easy going. Head can be swiveled and adjusted well, but the portrait I turn rather to again, to make sure that it really holds. Here one would mE can work for something more robust (but then it also costs more).
Legs with a kind of rubber / foam covers that make the touch and handling pleasant.
Attaching the camera:
The clutch plate has an integrated handle for the screwing and unscrewing of the camera, with deepening of nails so that they rel itself. easily fold out and can be operated. For me very well.
Once moored, the camera keeps well and does not slip.
Summary:
For me as an amateur photographer with some professional standard 5/5 stars, I have nothing really to complain about. True professionals provide secure more money, but I do not know what I would have them currently more - except maybe a spirit level (those who need it).
The technical deficiencies described in other reviews I could not comprehend.
Here is my equipment: Mostly Nikon D40x with Nikkor VR 18-105. Aufsteckblitz I had not been with the use.
