The razor itself is working fine, but there is the following note:
- (Negative) The handpiece has a built-up trimmer more, you always have to take the enclosed attachment if necessary.
- (Positive) The charger can be connected directly via jack to the handpiece now, you can save the take away a charging cradle
IMPORTANT: who owns the predecessor SensoTouch can buy only the new shaving head simply that suits namely the elderly handpiece.
An incredible crutch is the cleaning station. After I called twice with the Philips support (and the correct function has been confirmed by the manufacturer) is that:
- The cartridge never reach with daily cleaning use a service life of the promised three months
- If the shaving head tapped out and the hair chamber cleaned embarrassed with a brush before the cleaning station is used, the cartridge holds a maximum of one month.
- The razor is used without pre-cleaning the cartridge (4 pieces) were with me all after 12 days at the end
It is not lacking at the booth of the cleaning fluid or in its composition, but the cartridge are clogged by the whiskers. The pump is pumping too little volume and the razors glued to the whiskers. Disgusting and totally unhygienic, especially coming from the cleaning station no error message (the liquid level still fits).
Incidentally says the Philips support it was not intended to put the razor without pre-cleaning in the station; which for me is a clear step backwards to the previous (I can clean it by hand and save me equal the cost of station and cartridge).
