I bought it because it is a good alternative to cut cabbage which is more expensive and requires more maintenance.
At first I must admit that it is not very easy to find a good position and a good angle of cut, small cuts was the appointment for me.
In time, I gained confidence, I can almost shave my eyes closed.
Aesthetics of Shavette is friendly, as regards the fixing of the blade, it stays in place, I have nothing to say on that side.
By cons for the change, it may be a bit more difficult to open the lid as a strength to use, the shaving foam can seep between the two plates that sandwich the blade and it dries, glue the plates, nothing major. A ride in hot water and it's done.
I recommend this product.
