I had ordered two cartridges, the first works fine until today, the second was to two pages print defect, "Cartridge Not Recognized". On demand I got an email that I should send the cartridge back and then would get compensation. Have I made and since then never heard from the seller, to emails is not responding. This is a shame and annoying. What can this tell us? When it works well, if it's not working but not at all good.
