Good to read, then the disappointing end

Of Niccolo Ammananiti I've read two novels that have thrilled me both. So also "Me and You" reads consistently interesting and you can not stop reading because you want to know how the book goes out.
Hm, as have I slammed the last page, I thought, "Huh What was that all about?" Somehow I missed the the Pointe. Am disappointed at that the book is so thin that I have read it in a short evening.
