No glossy but matt plastic I find itself very well. It is less sensitive to fingerprints and looks through the satin finish of noble.
I am amazed by the convincing thermal insulation. I have made one after 6 toasts and the Krups was on the outer surface "only" warm and not hot.
The cable can be stowed under the toaster a bit.
Materials and workmanship are good. The toaster works wertig!

The Krups offers 6 browning levels, a Aufknusperfunktion and the stop function. With a small rotary switch, the various stages set quickly. Of course, everyone has to look at what browning level is most palatable for themselves and the chosen toast. Since it can result in differences in the various breads quite.
The warming rack can easily boot up and is well locked. There are two buns place. The eject function is not too strong, so you need not play catch.
The crumb tray is located on the left side, is simple to pull out and empty. Best regularly because it does not offer a lot of space for the crumbs.
The stop function means that you can not activate the toaster by pressing down on the slide switch. I find this a very useful security feature.

At 6 browning levels, everyone can find for themselves the right, but the front and back are not evenly browned with me. Since the toast slots are very broad and the toast is not additionally locked, it may be that in particularly thin toast, this tilts to Röstseite and is brown.

A simple but nice toaster from Krups. Sees The matt white from friendly and classy. The toast result is good and leads because of the uneven browning the front and back for only a minor complaint.
