Contraindications:

- Delivery takes a little longer (about a week)

- Magnetic closure holds in one of my bags not very good

- Possibly superfluous since the Kindle a simple pocket keyboard here is (in my at least)

Pro:

+ Bag fits well

+ Kindle can be provided for reading on a table

Conclusion:
For the price one or two look good bags. I would wait and see until the Kindle is, and see if a bag is that already meet the requirements.
