The device has a solid construction with nice suede. However, the massage balls are very sharp and unpleasant. Similarly, the device can not buckle between the 4 heads, so that you could adjust the width of it. The heating function is not to remember.
I sent it back and the massage cushion Solana Me Otto - Shiatsu massage cushion, Christopeit Sport ordered. It has 30 watts and has round balls. It looks promising.
