Goods top, dealer flop

Hello There,
have ordered these pants and was quite happy. Unfortunately it was a little too small, so I returned it. The right size had the Händerl in UK is not in stock, so I wanted to keien spare but my money will be credited.

The dealer has not paid me the full amount but deducted 5 cargo. I also had to pay the return itself (7.50). So I went from 12.50, I got ultimately reimbursed by Amazon. The trader has refused to ...

Amazon has probably done here only an exception. So be careful when buying !!!
