The error is proved to 016-757 irreparable. Here the motherboard is defective. Well not nice then the printer must be replaced. The staff managed everything in the way and the new printer should be delivered by Express the next day. Here was everything by mail to us just not the printer. So again endeavored to Dell Support. And now comes the icing! The quite rude lady informed me that the printer for a long time can not be delivered. The employees would have but need to know, and now? Since you have been unlucky but you get somewhere else a new printer end call. An absolute impudence. I then received, contact the seller who then made me a proposal to take the device back and reimburse the purchase price. Now that is a very good service.
Conclusion: I ordered again the same printer at Amazon. Why? I am convinced in spite of negative experiences with the support of the device. You just have to know that is to be expected from the support to nothing. The new Dell C2665ndf was delivered on 05.06.2014. Connected and !!!!!!!!! Perfect everything ran like clockwork. The setting was very smooth, the sample printouts super. The fax facility was also no problem. The very important for us scanner could be integrated without any problems in our database.

We can only warn against this device to buy. No way of a middleman when we received the first device. The support of this dealer is just flawed. Now about the device itself. The first printer could not be configured. Error message 016-757 Account could not be created. Equipment has been replaced by Dell.
