Top unit, Lenovo Support flop

Positives:
+ Power (HD videos, programs install etc goes smoothly)
+ Battery (madness how long that lasts, at least 8 hours at continuous use, also losing overnight standby not even 6 percent)
+ Digitizer (write there on the university goes perfectly, as on paper)

Negatives:
- Clearances bad, therefore dusty device extremely fast

Negative highly thousand:
- My model had known WLAN antenna problem, ie the WLAN reception stopped already when it was 3 feet from the router off. The problem has long been recognized and there is a solution which is 5 minutes eliminates the problem, namely the WLAN antenna just bring out a few mm behind a cable and easy to reposition.

But it was impossible to obtain Lenovo Support. The official support mail directed me to pay hotline. There I was, after 10 minutes "Press number x of y" finally talk to a human. Forget the former Thinkpad quality (Sevice and product quality), this goes for the phasing IBM continues down the drain. This one reads but also in many forums about Lenovo service quality.
