:-)
This is a TOP UNIT.
When:
- You buy a device without "branding"
- You are a technically skilled users and have fun trying out apps and optimize settings.
- You want a device that "can do almost anything"
- You decide to purchase a cell phone for functional features and not because of "coolness"
- To the integration of contacts on different platforms has put value (combination of phone, email, Facebook, etc.)
- Looking for a good price / performance ratio
---> It is the reverse ... :-)
In December 2010, a new firmware is released, TOP that the device will be further developed.
The main arguments for my purchase?
- Hardly error will not occur with my device.
- Size
- Modem speed
- Interierter WLAN - Access Point
- Open platform
- Many apps
- Good functionality
- Camera with light
- Good Touchscreen
- Quickly surf
- Good quality
Particularities
- Backup quite possible only with additional software
- No (remote) management via desktop PC possible only synchronization (had before Windows Mobile 2003, there was the super)
- If "everything is on" short battery life - but you need not all always "on" to have everything easily adjustable ...
I recommend to test the equipment extensively. I had never Android, at the beginning it is "unusual".
One would like to "try everything", has high expectations and feels disappointed first. After some time it has been discovered that most of the functions, the / desktops optimized customized settings, apps in use. From this moment the true strengths come to fruition and you never want to give up the unit. It is the sum of the little things that make this device highly.
Example: device - PIN - input via "pattern tracing" SMS - text completion and all little things that save time and be fun. Or "fun feature" Optional display of Facebook - Photos of the caller, you can see very quickly who is calling. Optional reading the birthdays from Facebook, current weather, Google Maps "what's nearby" ... etc.
For me, never a device comes back without mobile internet, WiFi, GPS, photo light and camera into the house.
Before / after purchase, I recommend the exchange with a user of the device, then much easier and things the "nerve", you can then change, there is little that you "somehow" can not adapt.
Have fun, I hope I could help.
