The positive first:
+ The Grabber works, I could bring old videos so quite easily from the VCR to the computer.
+ The included software Ulead VideoStudio SE version was even 10, instead of the advertised version 8

- The driver on the supplied CD was unfortunately the wrong version, so I only had to look at the Internet a suitable driver. This should not happen anyway.

For those who have the same question: Search for driver software "Syntek STK1160" so that's worked for me. The stick there is, moreover, under the name EasyCap.
