Like and often drink green tea including quality Japan-teas. That's why I wanted to no longer rely on any estimates as "allow to cool 5 minutes", etc. The thermometer can be read, allowing super waylay me at the perfect temperature. I really can not find a better Geschmackt. Possibly but that is now not cheap supermarket tea at least for the howertigen teas I can only recommend to a thermometer to purchase. I also bought this exact thermometer since the Electroseparators is not waterproof, and you always have to press the temperature-measuring.
Conclusion: I'm pleased and would highly recommend it. (Even after 2 months yet)
