I am very pleased as a hobby baker of this flour mill. Property already several breads and rolls with hand-milled flour (rye, wheat, 6 grain mix) produced.
No comparison to the 405 meal at the discount ("Dead flour"), even ground simply tastes better and healthier it is all.
When setting the grind I'm still in the testing phase, but I am approaching the ideal grinding result :-))
