I have several Microplane and I offered this one to the girl. She is delighted. The microplanes graters are really brilliant. This one is impeccable for very fine citrus zest and without bitterness, Parmesan, mashed ginger or garlic. In short home, it serves every day. This larger model is really very convenient, much better than the long and narrow why there should be a small spatula to get silicone in the corners.
