Unfortunately, it's in parts almost unplayable because of the incredible many bugs.
Only the worst problems:
- Massive Lagging:
Due to the non-player Wegfindungsproblemen Sims / Vehicles / -Animals the game often depends on seconds and nothing works. This is the largest of the many problems, because the game is at times completely unplayable.
- Diving bug:
The new fun promising ability Diving is also barely playable. Often, the Sim will be teleported to some flippers to the nearest beach and the dive is then only once because of the then subsequent decompression past. Increasing the capacity is so much more difficult.
- Sim will no longer go home
Very often is the SIM is no longer the way home, if you click on the return button. Then he wanders around and does not go into the house or boat, although there are a few steps up there and is cursing it.
Without the many user patches and -Fixes, which can be found on the Internet, the addon would be totally unplayable. Fix at least the above Lagging problem for the most part.
All thing I do not see that the buyer should be responsible themselves for solving these problems. As a buyer of a full-price title I can expect the software works halfway. In this state the game is in my opinion only a beta version, which makes the buyer to involuntary software testers.
The many fans who have eliminated the worst problems, save the manufacturer so considerable cost of debugging. So you can also make a nice profit.
So far there is to it, to my knowledge, not even official patches / bug fixes.
