The Culinario pan is much more difficult than that of Silit, but not too heavy to be able to easily lift one arm and 500-600 grams of content to pivot incl.. The coating is very stable, the material significantly thicker than in my old wok. After 2-3 minutes to greater heat, it is also hot enough for frying, I put the stove then at level 7 (9) down. When cooking ca 500g chicken meat, 200g bean sprouts, a paprika and some mushrooms the pan reached its limits, here "cooks" it rather than it roasts - The pan is also very full, this was meant to be used as a trial round - Nevertheless, the result was still absolutely acceptable. The meat does not stick.
The pan holds the heat very well otherwise. For this purpose it is also very stable: it occurred to me precisely about one meter height on stone tiles on the edge of the socket - this has only minimally bent, a bit of paint came off. Other pans at that price would have gotten a fat Delle.
Conclusion: great wok at an affordable price, with which you can very well prepare two-three large portions (200-400g 300-400g meat with vegetables) - for larger portions, I recommend roasting a portion-wise - the first portion can be, for example, in a keep preheated dish hot at 50 degrees in the oven.
