Have received today the new album by Howard Carpendale. I had in mind something due to some reviews. But I am all the more surprising positive. Of course, it is no longer the music as it was 20 or 30 years. Howard Carpendale now makes the music which currently suits him, which he thinks is right and suits him in the current stage of life. Howard Carpendale is 67 years and there is no new suits Hello Again or next door to Alice. He decided to take a new path. And he now sings the songs that suit him nowadays. I like the music very much, almost without exception. The lyrics are very demanding, no I love you, blah blah. No, listen to the lyrics are accurate. And yes, I am now 41 and can identify very well with some texts. It is not an album to sing along the way, no one has to listen more closely. My absolute favorites are parts, Life is a mosaic, the trip, it will be all right, how much are a trillion and I can still see in her eyes. Howard Carpendale has tried something new and I find that courage. This courage should be rewarded. And this is a new development and no standing still. Am now forward to the next album curious.
