After my old Bosch washing machine after about 15 years gave up the ghost, I have decided after much consideration for the equipment described. Since we do not always someone at home, I decided for a fixed delivery date include assembly and waste disposal. The delivery was super time, the fitter has an hour earlier announced by phone and was then exactly at the appointed time there. Installation, training, testing and waste disposal was smooth and very professional. The machine is super easy to use and does what it is - clean laundry. Especially the program for sportswear and the short program 15 min I find very good, because I have quite a lot of such clothes. All in all I am very pleased with both the equipment and the service from Amazon (or Hermes).
