The unit is super easy to use - plug it in, fill milk to the inner "MAX" mark, lid on, press the button (short for hot, long for cold milk froth) and off you go! A faint buzzing sound occurs and after about 2 minutes you can remove the quite hot milk (about 1/3) and the delicious foam (about 2/3) using the supplied Plastikscharbers. I use 1.5% strength milk. So the foam is super fine, yet strong and durable (does not fall back together!). Even with soymilk obtained a great foam! I also like that there is the possibility to produce cold milk froth, which is certainly good is in the summer to refine iced coffee or milkshakes.
