Now I had the snout full to the brim and had a look for something new.
Here I came through tests on "Movie Studio Version 12" from Sony.
First, I have tested the demo.
Of course, I had to register online once and then but could even start me.
The user interface kills me Hobby improvement but only by my experience and after a training period I was able to work out even the most important. The tutorial helps a while.
My Computer:

Graphics card: AMD Radeon HD6950
Operating System: Win7 64bit
POSITIVE:
About the large number of cutting possibilities offered by this program, I can not say much.
I confined myself to the most important first. All the gadgets are "good to have" certainly. But from my experience I know that the video editing is often less.
But what in the demo was very positive: NOT a crash !!!
Next movie snippets are simply pushed together. (Ratze Fatze)
The whole operation is really easier than in my old program. This had often around expected long and again and again .... then sometimes crash when too many computing jobs.
In Movie Studio 12 this happens almost liquid, without delay.
And now: Zack, .... finish.
Even the rendering of films in this diversity was possible by Pinnacle without additional costs. (Unlock Dolby etc.)
The speed is in real time.
With Sony all functions on board.
NEGATIVE:
Not yet discovered.
Well .... sometimes too many options on the desktop. But I am sure that you can adjust the Somewhere yet. :-)
When processing 5.1 sound you have to rumscrollen annoying on the desktop.
Partly very small cursor that, "colliding" come on tiny timelines, with a number of pre-set functions are used. A little 'Fummelarbeit "but man learns with time.
Overall, however, in my opinion luxury problems.
Probably with a larger monitor good fix.
(Supplement: just noticed that you can zoom in and out individual tracks Fixed issue :-).!)
CONCLUSION:
Often mentioned in the tests of relevant magazines:
A "rush lowing Wollmichsau" for a small price. (And has been in the demo)
Currently:
I have the "Platinum Suite 12" ordered me. If everything suddenly is crap, I will report it! :-)
But I do not expect .....
