Well done and very commendable is that first appeared in a series of three CDs now, the children are to introduce them to classical music. The young 1-A-Weltklassegeigerin Hilary Hahn appears here in beautiful, sometimes funny and in her always very sympathetic and spontaneous way with the kids and explore along with them on how to treat the instrument violin! Therefore this CD is for a young audience a really successful start, a well successful introduction to this instrument, because here explains the very significant fundamentals of violin and its function in the orchestra very lively and playful melodies, vibrato and much else will be played, fortunately without too many details on the severity and the necessary for mastery of the instrument discipline of the instrument "deter". Incidentally told Hilary anecdotes from their (musical) life, in between music samples are played, for. Example of Ralph Vaughan Williams' The Lark Ascending "/" The Lark rises "and of the" Violin Devil "Niccolò Paganini and of course Johann Sebastian Bach. All this makes this CD are overall very extensive and instructive! So really a recommendation!
Axel Brüggemann's concept, to bring the classical music through classical instruments, which are presented by "Classic Stars", to a small audience, and this thereby excited about it is, that the first time a complete success here - a huge praise So the makers of this series and the great and very natural-looking Hilary Hahn that here the children the violin explains in very sympathetic manner! Therefore, my most recommendations, well priced, and full marks for this wonderful CD with the also very beautiful CD cover!
