Structure:
First of all: It took me more than 12 hours until the first train ran reasonable.
The finished web is 79cm on a base of 20cm x. This consists of 3 x 4 plastic plates that are not specifically linked. You can see the rollercoaster thus nor lift and transport the finished in semi-finished state. Tip: Railway simply place it on a suitable board (or screws - have baseplates holes).
The assembly instructions are in my opinion quite well done. Trace the history of the tracks is easier than I thought.
The impressive number of 682 parts is mainly by some 80 carriers, each consisting of 5 small parts and must be assembled individually. More carriers were with me kindly in the pack as necessary. However, it may happen that when adjusting breaks a support member or ausleiert. The carriers connect the rails with the vertical bars.
For me the enclosed rails were insufficient. There was a whole meter. Ok - I have always added when cutting a few cm. I recommend from the outset to buy additional rails. This makes it possible to vary the course even further. In addition, the "Rail Systems" a bit scarce. I've also bought later. Anyway, I think it's great that you can re-order the individual elements.
Elements of the railway:
+ 2 points that make the balls alternately continue to roll to the left or right.
They work great!
+ 2 paddles, on the balls roll like a stairs down.
Work best when they are properly adjusted. Not easy!
+ 1 pivot arm, which transports a ball gently downwards.
Works very well if it is well adjusted. Relatively easy.
+ "Separator": A small black box which resides a ball and they can continue to run,
when the next ball rolls in while running on a release switch.
Does not work particularly well and has no adjustment options! Most of the second ball is running too fast on the switch. I put a piece of paper through the switch, so that the thing works. In my opinion, it could also be left out completely.
+ 6 steel balls. (Diameter 13mm)
When building and fall during operation often guaranteed down balls and roll away. I am glad that we have a large stock of 13mm balls from "Supermag" :).
To operate a battery (Baby / C) is required. She is not in.
Unfortunately, the battery compartment is designed so that it is not suitable for batteries because the positive is often too short. But you can help out with a piece of copper wire or aluminum foil :).
Conclusion: Great fun for patient hobbyists!
One point deduction, because too few tracks were there.
