Great game but no support and money away

The game I find super and the graphics great. Unfortunately one is pretty stupid because if something goes wrong. I bought the gold case with 115 gold as in-app items, but was not credited in the game. Amazon has collected the purchase price, but wants to help me not, but refers me to the developer. From CSR Racing Support comes no reaction. The money I can write well, but it taught me a lesson not again spend money for something. Is simply too uncertain wenns really matters.
