Once we do not have previous experience in the field of fully automatic machines, we decided to get started on this machine. Everything is easy to use and completely fulfilled our expectations. As a beginner I had skepticism regarding the cleaning. The brewing unit and the coffee grounds container is very quick and easy to clean (after about 14 cups). The cleaning of Milchschaumdüse is simple. One must hold for 8 seconds the CLEAN button is pressed to flush the pipes with hot steam only after each use. This is not to each cup required (you should prepare several Cappuccini), but if you cooked a few minutes no froth, I strongly advise it. In the meantime, my elation had gone a bit because even wore off after about 4 weeks of milk foam with us. After a few weeks with less froth we discovered the cause. Located on the machine at the docking site for the milk container two piece, below the larger, above the smaller. When we shone a torch into it, we saw that the upper small nozzle had clogged with coagulated protein (milk). After we cleaned it (pin), the machine gave us back the usual beautiful milk foam. One should the CLEAN button press for 8 seconds clear after each use of the milk froth function to clean the lines (as described in the manual). I admit that we did this now and then after a few seconds, as it seemed to us rich. For us it was so a user error.
With this in mind we are still (now about 10 weeks) very happy with the machine and can absolutely recommend it.
