I am very pleased with the cups. Was not so great, that first arrived only the cups and the spoons after a request was immediately replenished. It is a pity that so often goes wrong because this is a great product with a great price. If from the outset everything was perfect, the merchant would certainly have an even better rating and all together to save time, effort and money. My cups were packed but really suuuuper shatterproof. :-)
