Buyer of LEDs to replace 50W halogen lamps, I have so far held back based on the reviews.
By longer shelf life, it would be tragic if one acquires relatively expensive lamps that are completely out of date a year later.
Through the reviews of the same bulbs with other sockets (GU10 etc.) I have become aware of this product.
After the LEDs have arrived, I am only halfway satisfied.
In a room with 6 E27 Ceiling Spot the 4 CREE LEDs now come together with 2 old high-voltage halogen spots (E27).
Light color:
Although I would call the light of Cree LEDs do not imply the fusty, the lighting effect without the two halogen spots still quite cool.
If I turn the two halogen spots back into the socket, save this - although outnumbered - clearly the atmosphere.
The trick will only work if the spots do not show in completely different directions - then you have cool and warm corners.
Brightness:
The fact that 2 halogen spotlights (50W) dominate the color appearance, shows me that the brightness of 50W mains voltage halogen is not yet reached approximately.
If I turn the various lamps alternately in the same dark corner of the room, the CREE spots are a bit more than half as bright.
I throw both light cones next to each other at the ceiling, I have a bright, warm cone and a sober, darker cone.
At different Abstahlwinkeln that seems incidentally not lie - the broader steel would still inferior here ...
Nevertheless, I am only slightly dissatisfied:
The other spots are expected after my past experiences usually be much less useful - and I do not want to consume 300W in these lamps.
The mixed solution works - more spots but I will not order only once:
The remaining will be only replaced by fully equivalent lamps!
