Great quality, small defect, but super grace of Leifheit!

Hello,
the protective sheath've bought since Leifheit is known for good quality.
We were very satisfied, except for a small defect. The signboard of Leifheit is inserted metal and the top of the shell. In strong wind the shell was caused by torn from flapping of the shield. A complaint has been regulated at Leifheit immediate and customer-friendly by replacing and testing for change in the manufacturing process super fast.

So if you buy a shell, just take the name plate off by opening the strap and you will last a lifetime at the shell have.
