Great quality with even better pasta result

We love to cook and are passionate pasta eaters - as had the Marcato Atlas 150 Classic ago. She was the result of extensive research in the relevant reviews.
We eagerly awaited the delivery and ........ we were not disappointed.

The machine can be assembled quickly. The attachment is readily possible on our kitchen counter and not budge. Simply given the supplied clamp plug Tighten us.

Then it applies the pasta attachment (here tagliatelle) and insert the handle and off we can go.

The noodles are ideal "al dente" when taking into account the following: jew 100 grams plain flour 405 and 100 grams of durum wheat noodles or flour per 100 grams of pasta 1 egg (eg 300 grams 405 and 300 grams of durum wheat + 6 eggs)..
I recommend the dough with your hands to knead.

It is important to try something to the beginning until you get the hang of it. Here following Vorgehenseise is recommended: the dough into small pieces (half a fist). Then turn the smooth roll at level 0. Repeat the procedure 2-3 times and repeat this in the dough crosswise wrinkles (longitudinal and transverse), the same repeat at level 1. Thus the dough is optimally mixed and uniformly in length and width. This is important to get the same width and the same konsistene plates! Then at level 3 and then 5 or 6 - then the dough is ready for the Tagliatelle attachment. This has the crank to be plugged and that the Tagliatelle us Spaghettini attachment.

Who wants to quickly vorankommmen: Prepare 3-4 plates at level 5 or 6, then place it on a lightly floured surface (in order to avoid liability). Please no more than 3-4 plates - otherwise dry and this can be further processed poorly. Then the 3-4 plates rotate through the actual pasta attachment. When rotating: slowly - the last piece quickly and pull out with this is that they are smooth.

Then you can dry the noodles, here is also provided with a baking tray.
Now it can go to the hot and heavily salted water: Warning 3-4 minutes and after-cooking ranging from sometimes. The noodles are significantly faster than do finished goods.

The result: great chewy pasta, which otherwise are given only when Delicatessen Italians. For this, a delicious homemade sauce and even every day is saved. One tip: 1/3 cream / butter 1/3 and 1/3 grated Parmesan cheese with a touch of nutmeg - Perfetto.

While this is more a recipe as an assessment, however, you have to mention that there is almost nothing to complain about. The biggest "risks" are that you're doing something wrong in the preparation. However, you can find no hold on the user manual, which is surprisingly good and understandable

There is a small point of criticism: The crank slips when turning out easily, they locked something bad. This can be better solved - still 5 points.

It must be noted that the cleaning is a bit expensive - it is neither allowed a dishwasher or water. I recommend a cheap new toothbrush, a pack brush and skewers and toothpicks.
Only let dry slightly and then with the above utensils to work.

Postscript: I hope you are compliant with my review. There are few technical features that are to complain about or describe. Rather, the Alpha and Omega is the handling. And last but not least, this machine is one of the fun and the joy of cooking - and that is not too short as you noticed on my passion you!
