These days, it is unfortunately the zipper from the case broke down (unhooked). After an unsuccessful search on the Internet if you can buy without contents of this case as well, I have this morning turned me for help directly to the Fa. Kellermann to request a reference source for the case.

After about an hour I had an answer in the mailbox! I get sent a free replacement case in the next few days. Am thrilled with this service - today no longer a matter of course. Many thanks to Fa. Kellermann and Ms. Gass for the quick help!
