Generally it can be but in advance schonmal say that the LG P760 for the average Joe User wants to just have a good, reasonably priced smartphone with Internet and phone is a good solid choice, but with other devices in this price range must be measured.

* Design & Processing

Better I really liked the video mode. The recorded videos here have a good quality, only on fast pans, there is little stuttering. If anything, I'd rather take the mobile phone videos, instead of making photos. The audio quality of the video is actually surprisingly good.
Also, a front camera for video calling is available, of which one however should not expect miracles.
* Performance
1GHz processor and 1GB of RAM. That's not really a lot, and now rather lower midfield, but enough for all normal applications from loosely and most games should thus be playable. As described below, the handling of menus runs very nice and smooth and even with video playback, there is no stuttering. This can be seen even when you turn the hands, after about 13 seconds, the device is ready for use, a true top value. Again, I would say again that the power is probably perfectly adequate for every normal user.
* Sound quality
- Language The voice quality is good. Even in more moderate o2 network reception was always good and the language always clear and easy to understand. Only one only weakly perceptible background noise can be determined from time to time, but that does not really bother the phone.
The speakerphone is not really useful, here the quality is to be considered rather than bad

The LG P760 Optimus L9 is a great smartphone mid-priced. Know to convince the large display, the voice quality, connectivity, interface and above all, the battery, the stings of my previous smartphone experience absolutely out.
