The jump rope can be easily for any body size (suitable for 2 meters tall people or children) to adjust the cutting of a wire cutter is very easy. PS: It is advisable to use the Speed Rope on soft ground or use an exercise mat as an underlay. Asphalt damage the plastic casing, these remarks, I got a tip sent by the manufacturer and, unfortunately, is not in the instructions (or I've read on).

My personal opinion:
All in all, the true value for money in this Speed Rope. It is ideal for Double and Triple Unders. As a single point of criticism I see the English Ebook. Nevertheless I forgive a strong buy recommendation because the quality of the article is true: 5 out of 5 stars.
