+++ Processing and materials
The build quality is impeccable. The base consists of two fittable together parts that are made of sturdy, thick Kunstsoff. The surface is roughened and actually looks good. On the stand, the spring element (metal) is attached with four Allen screws. The actual punching bag is clamped with four other screws in the spring element. The spring element itself is protected with a sleeve. Punching bag and cuff are well padded and leatherette. The punching bag can be geöffnent a zipper that runs along the bottom of the bag. Here you can probably replace the upholstery. I let allerings initially, who knows if you get the reassembled ...
+++ Construction
The construction is easy, at least if you filled the feet with water. I recommend the following procedure, which you also can do it alone. I have individually (unscrew shower head!) The two halves of the stand in the bath tub with the shower hose filled within a few minutes and then taken to the actual installation site. There the two parts are then assembled and bolted together. This fitting is also the cover of the filling holes of both halves. Concerns about possible water damage, I do not care, plastic parts just look at robust. The water filling lasts even completely, the punching bag moves in normal training not a bit, but can be pushed if necessary on the ground. The water-filled base halves should be able to be taken relatively unproblematic by a normal-bodied man. Anyone who does not trust the, should interrupt the filling in the bathtub sometime, and take the rest of my bucket and funnel.
If you really want to fill with sand, probably needs a lot of patience, a funnel and mainly dry sand. I think quartz sand from the hardware store here should do the trick. But you should bedenkene that just below the opening of the filling channel makes a bend in order subsequently to open the way in the big reservoir. When water is not a problem, in sand, I imagine it to be incredibly tedious.
The spring element is then screwed with the supplied Allen wrench to the assembled foot. Do the same with the punching bag itself. All this is very simple and can be done easily and without help. It took just 20 minutes for the whole building (incl. Water filling), but the four Allen screws still greased, since the melted in the base nuts (screw holes agrees not quite) were slightly moist by Befüllaktion. So can hopefully avoid rusting.
The package is actually quite large, but not too hard. It can be in the stairwell also alone carry one or two floor high. A walk through the pedestrian zone does not apply to the unwieldy thing but.
+++ Functionality
If the punching bag, the training can begin. The punching bag swings depending on the impact or impact intensity up to 30 degrees and oscillates correspondingly far behind. The attenuation is so that within about 5 rashes that vibration is completely gone (at continuously lower deflection). I think that the swing of the punching bag makes the workout interesting and challenging and promotes coordination. The surface is pleasant, but should be processed with boxing or training gloves in order to protect the ankle and the material. The stand extends beyond the dimensions of the punching bag out (see picture), but this does not interfere in the least. The water filling makes the punching bag very stable, in fact, the foot moves only when one sets kicking in the lower part (ie where the absorption by the spring element the least effect). Since the Standbuß but is directly on the wooden floor with me, even that can certainly be prevented by a non-slip mat.
A Exercising should hereby also long a lot of fun in the home and have an impact. For a hard blow or kick training the unit should however be unsuitable here the punching bag swinging then probably too much.

At this price and excellent, uncomplicated delivery by Bad Company this punching bag is an absolute buy recommendation.
