Can recommend the Aroma Diffuser without restriction. Use it at various locations for the metered scenting rooms. (Fill although explicitly mentioned in the operating instructions on distilled water only) Use normal tap water. Works just fine. On the special fragrances of the manufacturer, I've also omitted. I use "perfectly ordinary" aroma oils (also here in the manual that you should use only the manufacturer and no oily flavors. As an acquaintance the device has been used for over a year with normal tap water and fragrance oils and previously encountered no restrictions or problems, I will maintain that. So you can freely choose from countless fragrances and is not limited to the manageable range of the manufacturer. The fragrance spreads evenly in the room, unless you placed the device or centrally respects according to the air flow. Otherwise it may well be that in a part of the room the smell is already perceived as very pushy, while in another area, the fragrance has not yet spread. What would be great would be a dosing over several intensity levels. This currently does not exist on this machine. There is only on or off. The different switching stages have only impact on the lighting (Fabwechsel, constant color, dimming, OFF) but not to the intensity of the fragrance. The device is in any case (especially in active color changer) an eye-catcher and the smell very pleasant. With dry heating air highly recommended, especially in winter. A friend uses it in their restaurant at the interface between smoking and Non smoking area. From my side a strong buy recommendation.
