Great system to use the earplugs.

I was skeptical at first whether I ~ to spend 12 euros for the earplugs, but since I can not fall asleep when my neighbors in low flat (apartment building or skyscraper, here) talk or weekends have visited and it louder to go with them - must therefore I get rid of this noise to fall asleep.

The previous ear plugs were made of foam and fell several times during the night out of my ears or detached themselves from their position, usually when I put on the sleep mask (SleepMasterTM). The Alpine Sleep Soft Earplugs are firmly seated in their seated position and are still comfortable. The fixed-grip the earplug owes probably the two fins with the "Allen" type A rotating rods are used.

I sleep now times 7 days with these ear plugs and will update the recession.
