My New Year's cakes have become very nice, evenly brown, and all without stick. The unit heats up quickly, (stir dough, preheat, bake croissants 25) All in all, I have used more than forty-five minutes. Since the device as opposed to my old croissants iron has only one indicator light and no beep, I had to first experiment with temperature and baking time, but after a few waffles I had it out. Incidentally, I have deliberately bought a new iron without beep as pretty walked me the beeping from the old device to the nerves. Especially in the end when the device went slowly broken: it has yet baked, but beeped continuously.
My recipe for croissants 20-25: 125 g flour 100 g sugar 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1 vanilla sugar some lemon flavor 1 Pr. Salt 1 Egg 210 ml of water 75 g melted butter
Combine dry ingredients mix, egg whisk by, gradually add water, finally to mix the butter all at once.
