I use the boards for my Weber gas grill and they work wonderfully!
Of course, the boards kokeln easily. They also need to ensure that the smoke flavor to fish / meat "seasons".
The boards should be at least 6 hours soaked in water so that they can absorb enough moisture -. And then immediately afterwards on the grill!
Can burn downright boards only to high heat. So hang the boards up the gas grill to medium-high heat maximum setting, the charcoal grill. Finished!
I / We do not want to miss the boards for salmon - and in comparison with the WEBER timber saves almost half of procurement costs!
