The taste none are for me Burger Patties from Bull neck meat. The meat has plenty of connective tissue, which has regularly added the knife on the 4,5mm hole disc. When thorough but parry lot of things are lost from the desired fat and time. All the greater was the surprise which has brought from 4.5 to 6mm jump. 2kg Bull neck go now non stop by the Wolf and 1a Patties. The 3mm disc I have not tried yet.
