The service provided by Haba is nice and fast. We should send it at their own expense the box and then have to get back together with small gift a replacement. Of course, after evaluation.
Sometime later (it did not take long) we had new stones and box back. The box looks different than commercially. The valves are made of wood - unfortunately the appearance looks not very wanted. Well at least now fit all the bricks in the corresponding holes.
Among the stones: no splinters time. Quality control is in this case been Topp. Well, not really. In the stones are small metal pins or small nails. And to some, these are not completely disappeared in the wood. Haba has resorted so that adhesive dots have been placed on the protruding nails (no heads ??). BUT: within a few days we realized that these adhesive dots were no longer available, and you might scratch well with a stone. So Stein done aside. Frankly, I never thought, so to get a poor quality of Haba to face. But we have now given up and have not complained again.
For product idea:
My Motte (is in a few days 1 year) keeps herself busy with the Curiosobox. Most often, the door is opened and the stones thrown through the area. Sometimes it works out all right, that one or the other stone is placed in the hole entprechende.
But again, I have to express criticism. There is no simple logic. The rectangle must be on edge in the hole. Four different stones to be placed purely in the same hole ... I'm sorry, but for an infant, it is certainly not understandable when even adults ask Uncle, where because of one or another stone actually belongs ...
From me not advise! The box is beautiful to look at, but to want to leave processing and educational game logic left.
