Last Saturday it was time: We walked together to the big hamburger Bratabend. After two or three practice runs, we had to get out the "rotation". As my Vorrezensenten mentioned several times, facilitates a little oil (or water, I'm more of Ölfan) the dissolution of the Patties immensely. It was a breeze to portion 1 kg beef in "no time" and my friend said afterwards, the producers have gained a new fan and collector.
