Have the product in my private kitchen in use and am not happy with it. Visually, it looks indeed nice (stainless steel), but the inside is like the genius of plastic. Exactly is the problem with frequent use. Due to the high forces generated as the shaft rotates, eventually breaking the link between head and sieve, so that can no longer be using the product. All connector between two parts are made of plastic. I use the Schneider 3-4 times a week and so far it was always 2-3 months until it breaks. Have each time returned him to Rösle and get replacement, now already five times. If the warranty period has expired, he wanders into the garbage.
