After years of use of HP printers I had decided on this Canon model (now there are successor models). First of all, the print quality is great, even photos can be represented well, I was satisfied. The printer is a bit noisy, and required a long pressure to prepare, but you can still accept. What bothers me is the fact that it is broken after nearly 2 1/2 years. He shows a B200 error message (in forums notoriously famous), which means "that a chip has overheated". The need to be replaced, the customer service leaves much to be desired, allegedly can B200 be anything "because a technician must look into it." There are many specific error messages at Canon, is where exactly defined what it is for an error, at B200 can supposedly be much. The best part was that I can be made without information on the costs, the warranty has expired and would be gone and so, because I dared not to buy original ink. I am disappointed by Canon and a printer has an economical total loss, now goes to the trash.
