Yes, it's pretty hard not to fall under its charm ... in love ...
- Its beauty,
- Its ultra-fast start thanks to its highly efficient SSD,
- His discretion (for settings and many pesky to manage ventilation); after the hell of a Vaio ultra-loud, I greatly appreciate this quality, including that to properly manage its temperature, which remains well contained,
- Its easy to live (no shiny parts extra-messy ...)
- Its 8GB of memory and its fast hard disk (750GB 7200 for this version)
- Its keypad so often missing competing models in 15 ",
- To a very comfortable keyboard (almost as good as my old Vaio "high end" backlit which is not essential but ultimately a more anyway)
- Its lightness for such config,
- The "swallower" CD / DVD as the format "slim" avoids the cumbersome opening a drawer,
- And as a nice little beauty mark ..., its ignition button so elegant!
It is because of all its qualities I coexists with faults that are usually unacceptable to me, such as:
- And in the first place winner of the prize list of defects, lack of physical buttons for power on / off wifi (the "Fn + F12" opens the manager, but not a switch)
- Just as objectionable, the lack of an essential thing and that fitted my laptop from the very beginning of this species "Darwinian" (sic) what the laptop: the vaccine ANTI-:-) I Obsolescence mean the slots that offer a real possibility of extension via a CardBus bus type. How many of my laptop (bought rather expensive) valiantly stayed the course through their expansion "PC" then "Express Card"? the answer is simple: ALL, without exception (perhaps the first in 1989 before the birth of the PC Card standard, it not really an upgrade !!!).
- Comes in 3rd position the screen that nevertheless does not lack quality slab with his mate so hard to find in the competition, a good and powerful graphics card (1GB memory) to exploit, etc. and VLAN! poor viewing angles, really reduced. It therefore requires you to look straight in the eye ... it's a sign of affection a little excessive and annoying!
- To finish this list, the Samsung support page that seems to lack seriousness. Compared to my experience of other brands, it looks like the gadget. Whether my IBM ThinkPad or my SONY Vaio, I still have access to very operational support pages and with constant interface despite the antiquity of my models (more than 10 years for some of my notebook) . I have big-big doubts about the diligence Samsung to deliver such a serious follow-up and I want to prove that they seem to lose themselves in their model numbers ...
Voilà! you know all of my life with this Samsung NP700Z5A-S02FR (the "03EN" is a version with 1TB HDD 5400Trs). As for AMAZON, it becomes the refrain: I have only compliments.
